尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效观察

目的分析经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法 2008年1月～2010年10月,应用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折27例,其中C1型10例,C2型7例,C3型10例,均采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双钢板内固定。结果术后27例均获随访,采用Mayo肘关节功能评分评定疗效:优13例,良8例,可4例,差2例,优良率为82%。结论采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折,具有固定可靠、复位良好、可行早期功能锻炼等优点。

Effenciveness of dual steel plate for the surgical management of type C distal humeral fracture through approach of osteotomy of olecranon

Objective To explore the surgical management and its results of type C distal humeral fracture through approach of osteotomy of olecranon with dual steel plate.Methods From Jan 2008 to Oct 2010,27 patients of intercondylar fractures of humerus type C were treated surgically through approach of osteotomy of olecranon.there were 10 cases of type C1,7 cases of type C2,10 cases of type C3,all of patients treated by surgically through approach of osteotomy of olecranon.Results These 27 patients were followed up,According to Mayo scoring system,the results were excellent in 13 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 4 cases,poor in 2 case and good rate of 82%.Conclusion Intercondylar fractures of the humerus through approach of osteotomy of olecranon with dual steel plate has a good fixation in treating type C distal humeral fracture.Through the approach of olecranon osteotomy,it is easy to get anatomical reduction,stable fixation,and early exercise.
