高速开关阀的设计与研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的二级高速开头阀,它采用柱塞式液压增益放大结构,以高速开头电磁阀为先导级,通过二级锥阀的放大,使数字阀最大流量超过80 l/min,且保持较高的切换速度,解决了大流量和快速性之间的矛盾。阀的控制器采用PWM控制原理和降幅双压驱动技术,加速电压持续时间和工作电压幅值均可调节,优化了阀的切换特性。

Abstract:A new kind of high-speed on/off valve is recommended. It has a trunk piston hydraulic gain amplifier and a high-speed on/off electromagnetic valve is used as the pilot stage. By the amplication of the second stage, the largest flow rate is more than 80 l/min. Besides the high flow rate, the digital valve has a high switch speed. The on time of the second stage spool is less than 1 ms, and the off time less than 3 ms. So, it solves the contradiction of high speed and high flow rate. The PWM control method and reduce amplitude double voltage driving technique are used in the digital valve contoller. The time of the accelerate voltage and amplitude of thd working voltage can be optimalized. So, the switching speed of the electromagnetic valve is optimalized.
