三相线电压级联多电平变换器原理及仿真研究

摘    要:级联多电平变换器以其良好的性能在电力电子变换领域有着广泛的应用,但目前仅有单相串联结构,不易直接应用与三相系统。为研究三相线电压级联多电平变换器,结合单元串联多电平变换器原理,提出了一种三相线电压级联多电平变换器的拓扑结构及其相应的控制方法,并进行了仿真研究。结果表明,这种模块化的结构构具有提升电压等级、降低总谐波次数THD的功能,与单元串联多电平变换器相比,能够节省开关管个数及独立直流电源个数,适合在高压大功率场合使用。

Abstract:Cascaded multilevel converter performs well in power electronic conversion fields, but there's only cell cascaded structure at present, which is uneasy to use directly in three phase system. In order to do some research on the three phase line voltage cascaded multilevel converter, the structure of a three phase cascaded multilevel converter and its control strategy are proposed based on the theory of cells cascaded multilevel converter.
