一种新型立式磁选机

物料的除铁是耐火材料生产工艺中一个非常重要环节一因为耐火材料物料中的主要原料是焦宝石，焦宝石中的铁及铁的氧化物对耐火材料产品质量影响极大。而现有技术对耐火材料物料中的铁及铁的氧化物的去除方法有磁选法、酸洗法等。磁选法是用磁铁对输送带上的物料进行单层或双层磁选．对于具有弱磁性的Fe3O4磁选效果非常差，每年造成数干吨的废品损失，而且需要断电清除铁及铁氧化物．效率较低，酸洗法不仅污染环境而且增加成本。

A New Type of Vertical Magnetic Separator
