异甘草酸镁预防肺癌化疗致肝功能异常的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨异甘草酸镁预防肺癌化疗所致肝功能异常的临床应用价值。方法将108例肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=60)。2组均给予含铂两药联合化疗方案进行治疗。观察组在化疗第1天同时给予异甘草酸镁20~30mL加入5%的葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次.d-1,直至化疗结束,化疗期间未应用其他护肝药物。结果对照组的肝功能异常率为13.3%,观察组的肝功能异常率为2.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组化疗前肝功能各检测指标比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);化疗后观察组TBIL、ALT、AST的检测值,住院时间、医疗费用均低于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁对化疗药物引起的肝功能异常有一定的预防作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical value of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in prevention of chemotherapy-induced liver injury in patients with lung cancer.MethodsA total of One hundred eight patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=60).All patients were treated with platinum-based two-drug combination chemotherapy.On the first day of chemotherapy,patients in observation group were additionally given intravenous infusion of 20 to 30 mL of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in 250 mL of 5% dextrose solution once per day until the end of chemotherapy.No other liver protection drugs were given during chemotherapy.ResultsThe abnormal liver function rate in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group(13.3% vs 2.1%,P0.05).No obvious differences in liver function test indicators were observed before chemotherapy between the two groups(P0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of TBIL,ALT and AST,length of hospital stay,and medical cost significantly decreased in observation group,compared with control group(all P0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has a protective effect on chemotherapy-induced liver injury.
