棉织物的防紫外线整理

摘    要:利用棉纤维所具有的微孔结构,将Ba^2+离子渗透到棉纤维内部,再与PO3^3-离子接触,在棉纤维的微孔中生成磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡结晶沉淀,从而将磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡粒子组装到棉纤维的内部结构中,形成无机离子/棉纤维复合材料。实验表明:无机粒子与纤维形成比较牢固的结合,织物洗涤12次后,增重率保持在6%以上,具有防紫外线功能。

Abstract:Based on the micropore structure of cotton fiber, to penetrate Ba2+ into the cotton fiber and contact PO33- to generate phosphoric acid barium and phosphoric acid hydrogen barium crystallization sedimentation in the micropore of cotton fiber. And then the phosphoric acid barium and phosphoric acid hydrogen barium particles will be assembled into the internal structure of the cotton fiber and form an inorganic ion / cotton fiber composite material. Experiments show that when the inorganic ion and the fiber are firmly integrated, the rate of the fabric weight increase remains over 6 % and the fabric is of anti-UV function after the fabric is washed 12 times.
