汽轮机轴封漏汽的原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:分析了锅炉给水泵驱动汽轮机轴端汽封泄漏的原因,分析后确认,造成汽轮机汽封泄漏的原因是汽轮机前、后汽封间隙均远大于设计值.通过修正汽封环的尺寸并调整了汽封间隙,使间陈被控制在设计值以内,同时,在前、后抽承的油档处采用了"氮气封汽"技术措施.运行后的结果表明,这些改进措施有效地解决了汽轮机前、后汽封的漏汽问题.

Abstract:The cause of steam leakage has been analyzed from the shaft seal of turbine driven by a feed-water pump of the boiler in the paper.The gap of both the front and back shaft seals of the turbine is found much bigger that the design value after analysis.Then the gap has been controlled within the design value based on revision of the dimension of seal ring and adjustment of seal gap.Meanwhile the measure "nitrogen seal" is adopted at the oil stem of both front and back bearings.The problem of steam leakage of both the front and back shaft seals of the turbine has been effectively solved by these improved measures after operation.
