| 摘 要： | 对制造系统中CIMS集成进行定义,提出了制造系统中由决策层、管理层和车间层组成CIMS的人件集成模型,给出了制造系统中管理层和车间层员工知识培训模型,创建了由物质激励、精神激励、知识活动/知识流、容错机制和知识资产保护组成的激励机制及企业文化形成的人件集成模型。

| Abstract: | A definition of CIMS integration for manufacturing system is given.A humanwere integration model that compose of decision-making layer,management layer and workshop layer and a knowledge training model that compose of management and workshop layer staff are presented.A humanwere integration model of incentive mechanism and enterprise culture formation is described,which includes substance incentive,spirit incentive,knowledge movement(or knowledge flow),fault-tolerant mechanism and knowledge assets protection. |
