| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断发展，水利资源的重要地位愈发凸现出来，水利工作者面临的任务也日益艰巨，搞好水利施工安全对水利行业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。在新时期与新环境下，施工企业只有不断探索水利建设的新思路和安全管理的新机制新办法，才能使各类安全事故得以有效控制。

| Abstract: | Water resources become more and more important with the continuous development of society. Water conservancy workers also face increasingly difficult tasks. Water conservancy construction safety is critical for water conservancy industry survival and development. Various safety accidents can be effectively controlled through construction enterprises by continuously exploring new concepts of water conservancy construction as well as new mechanisms and new measures of safety management under new stage and new environment. |
