| Abstract: | We introduced the short-term weather forecast operation system of H arbin and the method using it by designing the system flow, showing the ground m eteorological data, Doppler radar and disaster weather forecast index, estimatin g precipitation and hail by the satellite images, making the methods of 3 hours precipitation and temperature and the short-term weather forecast edit system. |
