| 摘 要： | 目的建立抗哮喘滴丸中雷公藤甲素含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为D iamond C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(39∶61)为流动相,检测波长:224 nm,流速:1.0 m l·m in-1,柱温:30℃。结果雷公藤甲素在2.08~16.72 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7(n=5),平均回收率为92.66%,RSD=1.38%,保留时间为20.092 m in。结论该法灵敏、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于抗哮喘滴丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish an HPLC method for analyzing the content of triptolide in anti-asthma droppills.Methods Samples were analyzed on a Diamond C18 column using CH3OH-H2O（39∶61）as mobile phase under the flow-rate of 1.0 ml·min-1;Oven temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 224 nm.Results Triptolide had good linearity in the range of 2.08 ~16.72 mg·L-1（r=0.999 7,n=5）,and the average recovery of triptolide was 92.66%（RSD=1.38%）.TR was 20.092 min.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the quality control of anti-asthma droppills. |
