工业锅炉节能改造技术探讨

摘    要:以一台正在运行的热水锅炉为例,分析介绍了在不改变锅炉本体结构的情况下,为适应国家节能减排的要求,采用了加装空气预热器有效提高燃煤工业锅炉热效率的节能改造技术的应用。该技术不但适用于高海拔寒冷地区,对其他同类运行工况下的锅炉节能改造有一定参考价值。

Abstract:According to the national requirements of energy saving and emissions reduction, taking a running hot water boiler as an example, the energy-saving technology is analyzed which can efficiently improve the thermal efficiency of coal-fired in- dustrial boilers by installing the air preheater and meanwhile need not change the boiler structure. The technology is applicable to high-altitude cold regions, and some certain references are put forward to other boiler energy-saving projects under similar ooeratinz conditions.
