摘    要:为解决燃机燃烧室前套筒外套在生产中经常出现的技术质量问题,通过对制件设计结构和成形模具结构的分析,针对其变形时毛料受力流动状态,找出产生小端不直、表面划伤等问题的原因,介绍了将戍形模具结构由收口工艺改为内胀外收形式的改进过程。

Punch Forming Process Improvement of A Super Alloy Sleeve
Abstract:Punch forming is a key process in the fabrication of gas turbine combustion sleeve.This article focuses on the process improvement of a typical sleeve part against the quality issues like un-straightness and surface scuffing during production.Through the analysis on part features and forming die configuration,the stress distribution during plate deformation has been understood,and in the end,a new process has been generated by changing the die configuration from closing-in type to internal expanded with external take-up type.
