| 摘 要： | 利用疏浚设备,远距离输砂是适合黄河进行机淤固堤的施工方法.为进一步提高设备的生产效率,对组合泥浆泵、排泥管道、退水设备等进行改进,研制了集浆增压罐、9PSJ泥浆泵、分岔式排泥管、自流式排水和浮动倒虹吸排水、多功能自动旋喷水枪等吹填施工设备.结合这些设备的构造和工作原理,在工程中应用,取得了一定的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Long-distance sand transport with dredging equipments is a suitable construction technology for Yellow River.In order to improve equipments production efficiency,compound sludge pump,sludge discharge pipe and recession flow equipments are improved.And new filling equipments are researched,such as sludge collection and pressure increasing tank,9PSJ sludge pump,branched sludge discharge pie,gravity and floating inverted siphon water drainage,multi-functional auto-rotary grouting squirt and so on.The equipments are used in engineering combing with their structures and work principle,and good economical effect is gain. |
