| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性总结我院应用烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）治疗各种原因导致的皮肤烧伤45例的临床疗效。方法：对MEBT／MEBO综合治疗的烧伤患者的疗效进行总结分析，外伤皮肤创面经清创后，创面暴露，并用MEBO外涂于创面。结果：湿润烧伤膏具有较好的止痛作用，抗感染力较强，促进创面皮肤再生修复，深度创面无瘢痕愈合，小面积深度创面不需植皮，亦可自行愈合。结论：MEBT／MEBO治疗皮肤烧伤疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO retrospectively on treating 45 bum patients resulted from various causes. Method： An assessment was made for burn patients treated with MEBT/MEBO. MEBO was smeared into burns wounds of 45 patients after debridement. Results： MEBO has the excellent action of alleviating pain, anti - infection and promoting skin regeneration. Deep Ⅱ degree wound healed without scar and small area Ⅲ degree wound healed without skin grafting. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has obvious effects on treating burns wounds. |
