纳米硫化镉/偕胺肟复合纤维的制备及抗菌性能研究

摘    要:以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为原料,改性制得含有偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维(AOCF),使其与纳米硫化镉反应,制得纳米硫化镉/偕胺肟复合纤维(nano-CdS/AOCF)。运用扫描电镜(SEM)及X-衍射能谱仪(EDX)对样品进行了表征,并研究了纤维对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抗菌性能。结果表明,在纤维表面生成了分散均匀的纳米硫化镉,纳米硫化镉/偕胺肟复合纤维具有良好的抗菌性能。

Preparation and Antibacterial Properties of Nanometer Cadmium Sulfide / Amidoxime Composite Fiber
Abstract:The nano-cadmium sulfide/amidoxime fiber(nano-CdS/AOCF) was prepared using CdS nanocrystal and amidoxime-chelated polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber.The composite fiber was characterized by SEM and EDX,demonstrating that CdS nanocrystals were deposited uniformly on the surface of the chelating polyacrylonitrile fiber.The antibacterial properties of the composite fiber against escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis were investigated.The results indicated that the nano-CdS/AOCF had good antibacterial properties.
