| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对小体积前列腺增生的手术治疗方法。方法:对32例小体积前列腺增生患者,在行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的同时,行膀胱颈环状纤维5、7点放射状切开。结果:术后随访6~18个月(平均12个月),IPSS评分及最大尿流率均得到明显改善,无一例出现膀胱颈挛缩。结论:TURP加膀胱颈环状纤维放射状切开,是治疗小体积前列腺增生引起的膀胱出口梗阻,并预防术后膀胱颈挛缩较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:From January 1998 to December 2003,32 patients with small size BPH were treated with TURP plus TUIBN(transurethral incision of the bladder neck.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months(mean 12 months).The IPSS score and Q_(max) in 32 cases were significantly improved,no bladder neck constricture was found.Conclusions:TURP plus TUIBN was proved to be a relatively optimal therapy for patients with BPH of small volume which caused the obstruction of the outlet of bladder. |
