血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3、VEGF及多项白介素在结直肠癌转移监测中的意义

目的:探讨血清人胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及多项白介素在结直肠癌转移中的监测意义。方法:选取2008年5月～2011年10月于本院进行治疗的60例结直肠癌患者为观察组,同期进行健康体检的60例健康人员为对照组,将两组人员的血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3、VEGF及白介素中的促炎性细胞因子、抗炎性细胞因子水平进行检测及比较,并将观察组中复发、转移患者的上述检测指标与未复发、转移者进行比较。结果:观察组的血清IGF-1、VEGF-C及VEGF-D高于对照组,IGFBP-3低于对照组,血清IL-2低于对照组,其他白介素均高于对照组,同时观察组患者中存在复发、转移者则变化幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3、VEGF及多项白介素在结直肠癌转移中的监测价值较高,有助于了解肿瘤复发转移情况。

Significance of serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3, VEGF and multiple interleukins in the metastasis of colorectal cancer

Objective: To investigate the significance of serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3,VEGF and multiple interleukin in the metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2008 to October 2011 were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy personnel with health examination results were selected as control group,then the serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3,VEGF and pro-inflammatory cytokines,anti-inflammatory cytokines of interleukin of two groups were detected and compared between the two groups,as well as between patients with relapse or metastasis and those without relapse or metastasis.Results:The serum IGF-1,VEGF-C and VEGF-D of observation group were higher than those of control group,while IGFBP-3 and serum IL-2 were lower than that of the control group,other interleukins were all higher than those of control group,while the change ranges of interleukins were significant larger in patients with relapse or metastasis than those without relapse or metastasis.Conclusion:Monitoring of serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3,VEGF and multiple interleukins shows significant value in predicting relapse or metastasis for patients with colorectal cancer.
