| 摘 要： | 目的探讨森林脑炎致呼吸肌麻痹的临床特征及治疗原则。方法观察分析38例有呼吸肌麻痹表现的森林脑炎病人的临床特点及治疗效果。结果36例病人在1-6个月恢复与好转,血气分析检测正常,治愈好转率达94.71%。结论森林脑炎可以累及呼吸肌,经抗病毒、丙种球蛋白治疗,以及呼吸机辅助呼吸,效果可靠。
