| 摘 要： | 通过对行星齿轮减速机齿轮销压装机的控制要求进行分析,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的控制系统;控制系统核心采用LG公司的K7M-DT30S可编程控制器及其模拟输入模块,触摸屏采用WEINVIEW公司生产的MT508TE型触摸屏;压力传感器采用MOTOROLA公司的MPX2010,设计了专用的变送电路;PLC和触摸屏通过RS232连接通信。系统利用PLC实现对齿轮销压装机的过程控制,通过压力传感器实时监控压力大小。该设备样机运行表明,系统完全满足精度及可靠性等方面的要求。
