| 摘 要： | 该研究的目的主要是为辅助外科股骨置换手术而做.以兔股骨为例结合医学CT图像处理、三维重建以及加工制造等多方面知识分析重建骨骼三维模型,并初步探索用机加工方法制造,提高临床可靠性.但是,以钛合金为材料,机床加工得到的股骨对儿童不适用.

| Abstract: | The purpose of designing this system is to aid an orthopedic surgeon in performing femoral head replacement surgery. Based on medical image process, three-dimensional reconstruction and manufacturing,in this paper it is described a system that analyzes CT images slices and reconstruct 3D images of rabbit bones for preoperative surgery plan- ning, and then manufacture the bone using machining tools to advance the dependability. But the thighbone made up of the titanium alloys, made by machine tool processing is not applicable to children. |
