Abstract:Based on the four-switch Buck-boost converter in DC/DC switching converter, a four-speed on-off valve type hydraulic soft-switch transformer is designed by introducing soft switch technology comparison. According to the control method of four-switch valve in reverse circulation mode, the opening and closing time sequence satisfying the soft opening of four high-speed on-off valves is designed. On the premise of ensuring that the length of the inertia tube satisfies the lumped parameter model, the feasibility of the hydraulic switching transformer pressure rise, pressure drop and soft switching technology in the switch transformer is analyzed by establishing a model, the result of simulation shows that hydraulic soft switch technology greatly reduces the hydraulic transformer in high speed switch valve mouth opening and closing the pressure mutations, promoting the conversion efficiency of switching transformer and load driving capacity.
