破碎顶板巷道支护技术应用

摘    要:四明山煤矿9102运输顺槽掘进过程中,受采空区及构造影响,掘进至450 m处时,顶板出现破碎现象,导致巷道顶板锚杆(索)失效严重。四明山煤矿分析了巷道顶板破碎原因,并对巷道支护方式进行优化,采用"桁架锚索+超前管棚"联合支护,现场应用结果表明,采取联合支护后,应力区巷道顶板下沉现象得到有效控制。

Abstract:9102 transport gateway excavation process at the simingshan Coal Mine, affected by the goaf and the structure, driving to 450 m, roof appear broken phenomenon, cause roadway roof bolt(cable) failure is serious, four daming mountain coal mine,analyzes the reason of the roadway roof breakage, and optimize the roadway supporting method, using " + lead pipe roof truss anchor cable support, field application results show that, After adopting combined support, the subsidence of roadway roof in stress area can be effectively controlled.
