| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了独栋别墅的基本概念,并根据当前国内别墅现状对别墅分类提出了新的观点.文章着重分析了别墅供配电负荷离散性和供电回路多的设计特点,针对别墅设计的特殊性提出了应当遵循的三点原则,并对别墅的电气负荷计算、供电方式设计、电气动力设计、电气照明设计、防雷接地设计、小区家居管理系统设计和别墅智能家居系统设计进行了详细的论述.

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the basic concept of villa, and proposed a new viewpoint for villa classification according to the present conditions at home and abroad. It mainly analyzed on the design characteristics of power supply and distribution load discreteness and the requirement for many loops of power supply, and contraposing the particularity of villa, it puts forward three principles should be followed. The calculation for electric load, power supply mode design, electric dynamic design, lighting design, lightning and grounding design, design for home management system of community and smart home system for villa have been expounded as well. |
