| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CD58/CD2在宫颈癌患者的表达水平及临床意义。方法:分别应用免疫组织化学技术及流式细胞术检测40例宫颈癌患者及30例C IN患者组织CD58水平和外周血CD2+细胞百分率,以30例子宫肌瘤患者作为正常对照。结果:宫颈癌患者外周血CD2+细胞百分率及癌组织CD58表达水平均明显低于C IN组及正常对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD58/CD2的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,二者可作为治疗及评价预后的参考指标。
