摘    要:新员工岗前培训是国家电网公司员工培训的重要组成部分,公司在人力物力上都投入了很大的成本。如何使新员工培训教育达到预期目的,使新员工在近4个月培训中学有所成,很好地实现从学生到员工的角色转变,成为优秀国网人,使培训的投入和产出成正比,笔者认为除建立适用、超前的培训课程体系,建立完、科学的培训效果评估体系外,企业文化的传播是新员工培训的重要任务。在新员工管理中,以国网公司企业文化精神为指导,将国网公司企业文化理念渗透到管理的全过程、全方位,这是参训新员工管理成败的关键。

Abstract:Pre-post training of new staff is an important component of staff training of State Grid Corporation of China,on which the Corporation has spent a lot in human and material resources. How to make the training and education of new staff to achieve intended purpose,how to let new staff achieve academic success during nearly four months,realize a good change from student to employee role,and become excellent employees,and how to make the input of training proportional to the output,the author considers that besides the establishment of suitable and advanced training lesson system and improved and scientific training effectiveness evaluation system ,corporation culture communication is an important mission of new staff training. In the management of new staff, permeating the concept of corporation culture of State Grid into whole-process and all-round of management under the guidance of the spirit of corporation culture of State Grid, is the key of success in new staff training management.
