智能化CAPP系统的工艺决策

摘    要:提出了智能化CAPP(computer aided process planning)中工艺决策模块的构造方法及知识库与推理机的实现。工艺决策模块使用OPS(official production system)作为专家系统工具,把基于规则的知识表示语言与过程语言结合起来,使过程化知识的规则表示变得容易,进而通过使用产生式规则构建知识库,采用演绎推理式的推理机,实现了一系列的工艺决策。

Abstract:The constitution method of technological module in intelligent CAPP(computer aided process planning) and the implement of databank and reasoning machine are proposed and discussed. The module adopts OPS (official production system) as the expert system tool and combines the knowledge expression language based on rules with the procedure language so that the rules of procedure knowledge is easily expressed, hence the rules of producing type are used to establish knowledge database and the deductive reasoning machine is adopted, rasulting in the realization of a series of technological decision making.
