层间插入CdS/ZnS的K4Nb6O17的制备及其光解水制氢研究

摘    要:以高温固相反应法合成了层状结构半导体金属化合物K4Nb5O17并通过相应的层间离子交换、胺插入反应和硫化处理,制备了层间CdS/ZnS插入的H4Nb6O17/Cd1-xZnxS纳米复合材料。用XRD和BET比表面分析证实了层间反应的发生,用紫外-可见吸收光谱研究了材料的光吸收特性,用自制的光催化制氢检测装置分析了材料的光解水制氢性能。结果表明,所制备的H4Nb6O17/Cd1-xZnxS纳米复合材料具有良好的光谱利用率和光解水特性。同时,Na2SO3作为空穴捕捉剂提高了光解水产率。

Abstract:Layered compounds K4Nb6O17 were prepared by solid reaction at high temperature. Then the nanocomposites H4Nb6O17/Cd1-xZnxS were produced by direct cation exchange, alkylamines intercalation and sulfurization processes in the interlayer of K4Nb6O17 . XRD, BET and UV-VIS spectrums were used to characterize the reaction and the properties of the products. Photocatalytic properties for hydrogen production were investigated by gas chromatography which connected to the reaction system. The results showed that H4Nb6O17/Cd1-xZnxS had favorable soloar energy utilization efficiency and photocatalytic activity of hydrogen production. At the same time, Na2SO3 improved the hydrogen productivity by hole trapping in the process.
