摘    要:针对一些对测温系统体积、抗干扰能力、测量精度有较高要求的工业环境,介绍了一种利用铂电阻Pt100作为测温传感头,XTR105作为信号调理电路的多通道温度测量系统。分析了系统硬件误差来源,得到了系统输入-输出特性,并采取了线性补偿措施;针对Pt100的非线性,提出了兼顾软件代码执行效率和系统测量精度的非线性校正算法。经测试,不考虑Pt100阻值偏差,系统在0~300℃设计测温范围内,达到了0.1℃的精度。

Abstract:Designing for some industrial environment,a kind of multi-channel temperature measurement system was introduced which adopted Pt100 as the temperature measurement device and XTR105 as the signal processing circuit.The demands,such as strong anti-interference capability,high-precision were met.The input-output characteristic was obtained and linear compensation correction technique was taken after analyzing the error sources of system’s hardware.Aimed at solving the nonlinearity of Pt100,a correction algorithm was developed,which can realize both software efficiency and system precision.Actual measurement results show that,leaving the error of Pt100 out of account,the system temperature deviation is less than 0.1 ℃ from 0 ℃ to 300 ℃.
