| 摘 要： | 目的 评价硫酸头孢噻利(第4代头孢类抗生素)治疗临床常见致病菌引起的呼吸、泌尿系统细菌感染性疾病的疗效和安全性.方法 采用多中心区组随机化单盲对照试验方法,共入选有效病例244,试验组(注射用硫酸头孢噻利)122、对照组(注射用头孢他定)122,2组给药剂量均为每日2 g,重症感染可增加至4 g,均分2次静脉滴注,疗程均为7～14天,最短疗程不得少于5天.结果 试验组与对照组临床痊愈率分别为73.11%、63.64%,总有效率分别为96.64%、94.22%;细菌清除率分别为100%、98.31%.药物不良反应发生率分别为10.83%、8.87%.结论 注射用硫酸头孢噻利治疗临床常见急性细菌性感染安全、有效. |
