| 摘 要： | 通过研究矿井灾害应急救援技术和ArcGis Engine技术,建立了基于GIS技术的矿井灾害应急救援系统,提供了平面矿图和三维矿图,使其救援目标更形象具体,还提供了矿井灾害应急救援数据库和知识库,使其救援更加及时和准确。并能动态模拟演示各种事故的避灾路线和SMS短信服务功能,为灾害预防和处理提供了有力的技术支持。
