降低苎麻纺纱毛羽的工艺探讨

应用CU-2纤维细度显微投影分析仪分析了苎麻纱毛羽的的表面特征,通过实验系统地探讨了苎麻纺纱前处理工艺、复精梳工艺、集合器、钢丝圈与苎麻成纱毛羽的关系,纤维素酶、茶油油剂和碱法变性等苎麻前处理工艺可减少成纱毛羽13%左右;采用集合器对苎麻纱3 mm以上有害毛羽有一定的效果;钢丝圈的使用周期定为4 d对减少成纱毛羽比较有利.通过赛络纺、湿法纺纱方法探讨了不同的纺纱方式对苎麻成纱毛羽的影响,赛络纺纱方式可降低3 mm以上有害毛羽30%左右;苎麻湿法纺纱成纱光洁、紧密,手感硬挺,纺纱毛羽可减少77%～84%.赛络纺、湿法纺纱对减少长毛羽效果非常显著.

Reduce the Hairness of Ramie Fibre Yarn

The superficial characters of the ramie yarn were analyzed through the applicantion of CU-2,and the relationship among the preprocessing technology,recombing technology,collector,traveler and the ramie yarn hairiness were systmatically discussesd.13% of the yarn hairiness could be reduced by the preprocessing technology,such as cellulose enzyme,tea oil,alkali treatment and so on.The usage of the collector had a certain effect on the harmful hairiness which the lenghth are above 3mm.It also concluded that th...
