基于发电机匝间短路的轴电压故障分析

摘    要:随着发电机容量的增大,轴电压已成为发电机的一个常见故障问题,因此进行发电机状态监测是非常有必要的。本文阐述了发电机轴电压产生机理;通过分析汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障运行时磁势变化,推导出转子匝间短路后轴电压信号特征频谱。并分析了发电机定子接缝不对称引起的轴电压变化。基于轴电压故障特征信号,提出了通过轴电压监测转子匝间短路故障的方法。并且通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:As turbine generators capacity increases,shaft voltage has become a serious problem in large generators,and so it is very necessary to monitor.This paper introduces shaft voltage mechanism in turbine generators,and through analyzing the magnetic potential under rotor winding inter-tum short circuit fault condition,the shaft voltage characteristics are investigated.Based on the shaft voltage fault character,a method based on shaft voltage is found to identify the fault on inter-turn short-circuit in turbine generator rotor winding.Experiment shows that the theoretical analysis are right.
