摘    要:白山发电厂5号机组运行多年后,设备老化严重,为保证安全运行,需对其进行改造。在改造前通过水轮机模型试验、强度计算和结构优化设计等多项手段进行了充分的论证以保证改后效果。本文对5号机组的水轮机的改造系统地进行了阐述,并进行了改造前后的稳定性试验,进行改造结果的比较论证,试验结果说明改造后水轮机的水力稳定性较改造之前优良,也说明水力设计、结构设计和强度设计的方案的正确。本文对混流式机组的改造提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:The No.5 unit should be rehabilitated because of the aging components after the operation for many years.The research are conducted to ensure the rehabilitation achievement including the hydraulic turbine design,mechanical calculation and construction design.In this paper,the rehabilitation is illustrated systematically,and the stability test results are compared before.and after the rehabilitation to demonstrate the effect,the test results show the well characteristic of the stability after the rehabilitation,and it is assured for the hydraulic design,mechanical calculation and construction design.The reference experiences are provided for the other Francis turbine rehabilitation in the future.
