CeO_2原矿制备含Ce稀土镁合金的组织和性能 |

摘 要: | 将一定比例CeO2和精炼剂混合,在精炼过程中溶入到AM50镁合金中,制备成含Ce稀土镁合金。结果表明,当稀土的添加量为0.8wt%时,晶粒细化程度达到最大,有较多的Al11Ce3相析出,镁合金的抗拉强度和延伸率性能达到最好;当超过0.8wt%时,晶粒开始粗化,有更多的针状Al11Ce3相析出,镁合金力学性能会从高点下降。

Abstract: | The mixture of the fixed proportion of CeO2 and refining flux powder is added to the Mg alloy liquid during the melting process to make the Ce Magnesium Alloy .The final result shows that the refining degree reaches the maximum ,more Al11 Ce3 phase is separated out and both the tensile strength and extensibility of magnesium alloy are optimal w hen the rare earth content is 0 .80 w t% . When the content is over 0 .8 w t% ,the microstructure of the alloy becomes rough ,more and more Al11 Ce3 phases are separated ,but performances of the alloy degrades . |
