Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗纹身1000例

目的探讨Q开关NdYAG激光治疗纹身的临床效果。方法用Q开关NdYAG激光治疗不同类型的纹身，根据纹身颜色的不同选用1064nm波长或532nm波长进行治疗，对于部位较深的病变需多次治疗，每次间隔2～3个月。结果共治疗1000例，一次治愈率达44.5%，有效率达100%。安全可靠，疗效确切，不留瘢痕。

1000 Cases of Tattoo Treated by Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser

Qbjective: For inquire into the clinical effect of tattoo treated by Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser. Methods: We Treated patients of Various tattoo by Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser which waves were selected from 1064nm or 532nm according to the colour of tattoo. For pigmentosus disease involving deep layer tissue needs treatment for several times, The time of interval treatment is about 2 to 3 months. Results: In all 1000 cases of tattoo,cure rate in the first session was 47%. The frequency of treatment effect is up to 100%. Conclusions: It is a securing method having good cured results and no Scar. All kinds of tattoo in body were removed by the system of Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser.
