新型永磁同步电机高精度调速系统

摘    要:提出一种基于他控式变频调速的永磁同步电动机 (permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)高精度调速系统。针对永磁同步电动机在该运行方式下的失步、效率及转速振荡问题,通过对功角特性及稳定性的分析,提出一种功角闭环控制策略并详细阐述了其理论依据。针对被控对象特性参数随负载变化的问题,设计了分段式PID参数模糊自整定控制器,系统实时检测电机运行功角并将其控制在某理想值附近。实验结果表明,所提控制策略响应速度快、无超调,系统运行稳定,无转速振荡,有效地解决了永磁同步电动机失步和运行效率问题。

Abstract:A high-precision speed regulation system in U/f mode for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was proposed. In this operation mode, PMSM had the problem of out-of-step, low efficiency and speed oscillation. Therefore, under the analysis of power-angle characteristics and stability characteristics, a power-angle closed-loop control strategy was proposed and its theoretical basis was expounded. Besides, the piecewise fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was designed for the problem that the parameters of controlled objects changed with the load. In the system, the power-angle of the motor was measured in time and it was controlled in the vicinity of a certain ideal value. A concrete experimental system was designed to verify the feasibility of the control strategy. The final experimental results show that the control strategy has fast response with little over-regulation and the system can operate steadily without speed oscillation.
