| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HELLP综合症患者行剖宫产术的术中护理方法。方法术中密切观察病情，配合麻醉医生和手术医生进行手术。结果全部患者均手术顺利，安返病房。结论HELLP综合症发病急，危害大，术中的护理配合尤其重要。应重视围术期患者的病情观察和护理。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing methods of HELLP syndrome during cesarean section. Methods Close observation of the patients during operation, cooperating with doctors actively, adopting effective nursing measures. Results All the patients wcrc operated well. Conclusions HELLP syndrome comes fast and does harmful to thc patients, so cooperation is very important during the operation. |
