摘    要:目的研究碱热处理粗糙钛种植支抗表面对钛种植支抗骨界面剪切强度的影响,从界面生物力学角度证实碱热处理钛表面在钛种植支抗中应用的可行性和应用价值。方法将粗糙表面钛种植支抗与碱热处理粗糙钛种植支抗随机植入兔两侧上颌颌骨内,分别于植入后2周、4周、10周取材,Instron电子拉伸试验机检测种植体骨界面的剪切强度。结果碱热处理组骨界面剪切强度明显高于粗糙组,约高出3倍,且植入2周即已获得超出粗糙组4周所能达到的最大强度。结论碱热处理钛表面所获得的粗糙表面可以大大地提高种植支抗骨结合界面的剪切强度,有助于临床正畸治疗种植支抗的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of the modified alkali-heated surface treatment on the bone-implant-interfacial shear strength of titanium implant anchorage. Methods Titanium implants with rough surface or modified alkali-heated surface were inserted into maxillary bone of rabbits at random. The samples of implant with surrounding bone tissue were prepared in blockes and the shear strength of the interface was measured with Instron electronic pull-out tester 2, 4 and 12 weeks after operation. Results The shear strength (MPa) between bone tissue and implants with modified alkali-heated surface was significantly higher than that between bone tissue and implants with rough surface. The shear strength of the alkali-heated surface two weeks after operation was as the same as the rough surface 4 weeks after operation. Conclusion The rough surface of titanium implant anchorage created by the modified alkali-heated surface treatment can enhance the shear strength between bone tissue and implant.
