侧脑室注射芹菜素对动情期雌性大鼠卵巢功能的影响

目的 探讨芹菜素对卵巢内分泌功能的影响及作用机制。方法通过在体实验，给成年雌性大鼠侧脑室注射芹菜素（10^-9M），观察芹菜素对卵巢雌激素和孕激素分泌的影响。结果给予芹菜素后第三天，卵巢雌激素和孕激素的分泌明显减少，该抑制可被hCG解除。给药后第五天，芹菜素的抑制作用消失，卵巢代偿性的分泌雌激素增加，而孕激素的分泌不增加。结论芹菜素（10^-9M）可以抑制卵巢分泌雌激素和孕激素。

Effect of Lateral Ventricle Injection of Apigenin on Ovary Function of Female Rats during Estrus

Objective To investigate the effect and machanism of apigenin on the endocrine function of ovary.Methods By using in vivo experiments,adult female rats were injected apigenin(10~(-9)M) into lateral ventricle,in order to observe the effect of apigenin on the secretion of estrogen and progestin.Results Three days after the start of apigenin treatment,the secretion of estrogen and progestin was significantly decreased,which could be reversed by hCG.Five days later,the inhibitory role of apigenin was eliminated,estrogen secretion was compensatory increased,while progestin secretion was not increased.Conclusions Apigenin(10~(-9)M) could inhibit the secretion of estrogen and progestin of ovary.
