新型阻燃棉纤维的开发

摘    要:利用棉纤维所具有的微孔结构,将Ba^2+离子渗透到棉纤维内部.再与PO3^3-离子接触,在棉纤维的微孔中生成磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡结晶沉淀,从而将磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡粒子组装到棉纤维的内部结构中,形成无机粒子/棉纤维复合材料。实验表明:无机粒子与纤维形成比较牢固的结合,其织物经12次洗涤后,增重率保持在6%以上,具有很好的阻燃效果。

Abstract:Using the micropore structure of cotton fiber,penetrate Ba~(2+)into the cotton fiber internal,contact PO_3~(3-) and generate phosphoric acid barium and phosphoric acid hydrogen barium crystallization sedimentation in the micropore of cotton fiber.Therefore,phosphoric acid barium and phosphoric acid hydrogen barium particles will be assembled into the internal structure of the cotton fiber,form inorganic ion / cotton fiber composite materials.Experiments show when inorganic ion and fiber are firmly integrated,after the fabrics are washed 12 times,the rate of the increase of the fabrics remains over 6%,and the fabrics have functional of flame-retarding excellently.
