广东省水稻产业发展现状与对策分析

摘    要:广东省是全国13个粮食主产省之一,2010年,全省的水稻种植面积与稻谷产量在全国均排名第9。目前,广东水稻生产已具有良好的产业基础。在概述国内外水稻产业的生产与贸易现状的基础上,分析了广东省水稻产业的生产现状、种植区域分布、水稻产业的科技进步贡献率等。从产业发展整体来看,广东省水稻产业还存在农资和劳动力成本持续上升,农民种粮积极性不高、机械化水平偏低、产业链短,品牌效应不显著、品种多,主导品种不突出、农业基础设施薄弱、病虫害威胁大等问题。最后,结合广东省水稻产业发展现状,基于粮食安全角度提出了广东省水稻产业发展的对策建议。

Abstract:Guangdong is one of the thirteen major grain producing provinces. Its cultivation area and yield were ranked 9th in China and the rice production of Guangdong has a good industrial foundation at present. This paper analyzed the status of rice production and trade in the world, the situation of rice distribution and production in Guangdong, and also estimated the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to the rice industry. Considering the whole industrial development, there were some problems such as cost rising of agricultural materials and labor, declining of farmers' enthusiasm, low mechanization level, short industry chain and lacking of significant brands effect, multiple but without prominently dominant varieties, poor farming infrastructure and so on. Finally, this paper put forward several countermeasures for rice development based on the present situation of rice production and food security in Guangdong Province.
