板坯连铸二次冷却模型控制系统的研究与开发

摘    要:以国内某厂老连铸机的改造为研究背景,开发了板坯连铸二次冷却模型控制系统,即在基本水表的基础上,建立通过线性插值计算配水量的二次冷却控制模型,并引入切片生命周期法计算铸流的动态速度,通过为动态速度和静态速度设定不同权重,实现二次冷却动静态混合控制。系统建立了基于事件消息驱动的连铸生产跟踪方法,为连铸全过程二次冷却模型自动控制奠定了基础。系统投入运行后生产自动化程度大幅度提高,铸坯质量也控制在有效范围内。

Abstract:A secondary cooling model control system for slab continuous casting is developed on the research background of old continuous casting machines in certain steel plant.Based on primary watermeter,the water flow calculaion control model is set up by linear interpolation,and the slice lifetime model is introduced to calculate dynamic speed of strand.A hybrid control is realized by defining the weight of dynamic and static speed.On the basis of message event-driven,continuous casting process tracking method is set up,the foundation for secondary cooling model control is established.Automation degree is vastly improved after system put into operation,and slab quality is kept within the effective range.
