低温陶瓷改性磷石膏生产建筑砖的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了改性磷石膏生产建筑砖的工艺最佳物料配比.通过复合胶凝材料对磷石膏低温陶瓷化,首先由正交试验得到复合胶凝材料中最优DSZ:FMH:KZ为1:1:1,然后得到了最优磷石膏:复合胶凝材料为1:1,最后在固定磷石膏50%的前提下,由单因素试验优化得到DSZ、FMH、KZ的最佳掺量分别为12%、18%、20%,最佳养护时间...

Abstract:The optimal proportion in the process of producing building brick from modified phosphogypsum was studied.Through the low-temperature ceramics modification of phosphogypsum using composite cementitious material,the optimal proportion for DSZ:FMH:KZ is obtained to be 1:1:1 with orthogonal experiments firstly.Then the best ratio of phosphogypsum to composite cementitious material is 1:1.Lastly with the constant phosphogypsum content of 50%,the best content of DSZ,FMH and KZ is 12%,18% and 20% respectively and...
