| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种结构特殊的大型冷冻机高速齿轮副国产化方面的一些实用经验。文中运用了一些现代设计方法 ,对齿轮副进行了强度校核 ,对联接轴、空心轴进行了有限元应力分析 ,使得图纸设计安全可靠。在研制过程中 ,精心编制工艺过程卡 ,严格按工艺卡和质量保证体系进行生产、检验 ,确保生产出高质量的齿轮产品。

| Abstract: | Some applied experiences on domestication field of high speed gear pair with special structure for large scale refrigerator are recommended.By means of modern desigh method,the strength of gear pair is checked,the finite element stress of coupling and hollow shaft are analized.In the process of development,the manufacture,inspection are acted in strict accordance with processing card and quality guarantee system,it is ensured to produce high quality gear production. |
