| 摘 要： | 科学发展观,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是真善美相统一的科学理论。科学发展观蕴涵的"真",体现为对人类社会发展规律、社会主义建设规律和共产党执政规律的创新认识;科学发展观蕴涵的"善",体现为发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的价值取向;科学发展观蕴涵的"美",体现为实现社会和谐发展、实现世界和谐发展、实现人的全面发展的理想目标。
