| 摘 要： | 目的总结左肝外叶原发性肝内胆管结石的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析46例位于左肝外叶的原发性肝内胆管结石病患者的临床资料。结果除2例因合并左肝内叶结石伴胆道狭窄，二次胆道镜检可发现结石外，其余44例单纯左肝外叶结石的病例未发现结石残留，效果满意。结论左肝外叶切除术是处理局限于左肝外叶的原发性肝内胆管结石病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of primary hepatolithoasis.Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of primary hepatolithiasis were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no operative residual stone after left lateral lobectomy of liver in 44 of 46 patients with primary hepatolithiasis limited in left external lobe of liver.2 cases remained residual stone because of biliary stricture.Conclusion The left lateral lobectomy of liver is effective in the treatment of primary hepatoli... |
