| 摘 要： | 回顾改革开放30年,在邓小平总设计师的指导推动下,扭转了我国国民经济停滞不前状态,涂料行业从中也获得了飞速发展,尤其是到了第一个10年后,即从1991年起至2008年涂料产量增长了近6倍,已达638万t,居世界第二位。
