摘    要:以矿井提升机减速器为研究对象,针对传统的单参数监测的不足,将模糊理论应用到状态监测与故障诊断中,建立了多参数融合的模糊综合评判系统。利用矿井提升机减速器运行过程中温度、振动和油液的监测参数,使用该系统对其工作状态进行评判,结果表明:用该系统所得的结果与减速器的实际工作状态吻合,提高了状态评判的准确性。

Abstract:A fuzzy synthesis evaluation system of multiple parameters has been established by applying fuzzy theory to the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoist reducer,which successfully overcome the defects of traditional condition monitoring method depending on single parameter.The working state of the mine hoister reducer has been evaluated by the fuzzy synthesis evaluation system using parameters of temperature,vibration and oil analysis.The results show that the evaluations of the system tallie with the real condition of the reducer,which increases the precision of the evaluation results of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
