影响海洛因依赖者复吸的心理社会因素研究

将186例海洛因依赖者分为明初吸组和复吸组，进行心理社会因素分析。研究发现：复吸组吸毒年龄早、使用时间长，每日用药次数、剂量、所需费用均多，且均与戒毒次数呈正相关；首次及继续用药、戒毒动机无差异，复吸动机主要是强烈的心理依赖和解除忧愁，并且受到不同的首次及继续用药、戒毒动机的影响，且与戒毒次数呈显著正相关。最后上述结果进行了讨论。

A Study of Psychosocial Factors Effect on Relapse of Heroin Addict

To probe into psycho-social factors related to relapse of heroin addict and to find main factor of effect on relapse. 186 cases of heroin addict had been devised into first and relapse group. Addict condition, family condition, motive of drug abuse and MMPI of addict had been studied. The results showed that relapse group were early and long time user, most of them with intravenous, the times per day of use, dosage and fee more then first drug abuse group. The motivation of relapse was strong dependent. Psychological dependent and release of depression and adolescence are high danger factor of relapse. Rehabilitation measure must be personal depend on cause of relapse of Individual.
